CommunityOS replaces the dashboard-staring pattern with an action queue. The first screen an operator sees is not metrics — it’s a ranked list of people who deserve attention this week, with the reason they ranked and the suggested next move.

What’s in the queue

Every scan produces five buckets: Act Now (highest-priority people to engage this week), Act Soft (people worth a lighter touch), Wait (warming up, not yet), Monitor (the long tail), Ignore (the bots and farmers Bot-Kill already removed).

Each Act Now entry surfaces with the archetype tag, the topical signal that ranked them, and a one-click action to draft an opener. No CSV export, no copy-pasting handles between tools.
