Design partners help shape what CommunityOS becomes between now and the public launch. In exchange, the price tag goes to zero for 60 days and the team is on a direct line during that window.

Pricing questions, answered.

Is there an annual discount?
Not at the pilot stage. We’ll introduce annual pricing after the public launch in Q4 2026. For now, all tiers are billed monthly.
What does a scan actually cost on the back end?
Scans consume credits from TwitterAPI.io, which is metered. For most workspaces this is within the tier’s included usage. For very large audiences (500K+ followers) we’ll quote separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month billing, no annual commitment, no cancellation fee. If a scan is in flight when you cancel, we complete it and deliver the report.
Is there a free tier?
There’s a free archetype-only scan during the design partner window. After launch we’ll likely offer a limited free tier for individual operators. Not committed yet.
How do you handle audience data privacy?
All scan data is stored in workspaces isolated by customer. We don’t cross-pollinate audience data between workspaces, ever. Full data deletion on request.
What payment methods?
Stripe (cards, ACH for US, SEPA for EU). For Enterprise tiers we accept invoicing on NET-30 terms.
